We would like to inform you that on 25.10.2022 the Internet address through which KBC Online Bulgaria is accessed will be changed. The new online banking address is online.kbcbank.bg, the change being the result of the agreement to acquire the Bulgarian companies of Raiffeisenbank International (RBI) from the Belgian financial group KBC. The domain change is a logical next step after the rebranding, which changed the bank's name and hallmarks on August 1. At the same time, it is planned to change the domain of the bank's corporate website, which will be accessible from the address www.kbcbank.bg. A visit to the old address of KBC Online Bulgaria will automatically redirect to the new online banking domain, and the behavior will be similar for the corporate site.

We inform you that KBC Bank Bulgaria EAD NEVER sends e-mails, messages in social networks and chats, and does NOT make phone calls in connection with the change in ownership, with which it invites you to confirm and provide data for a user name, password for electronic banking or other information about the banking products you use. Such messages are an attempt to SCAM, and links to pages may contain MALICIOUS code or be a means for third parties to obtain your login details.

We ask that you do not follow instructions contained in such messages and do not disclose the information requested in them. If you have followed a link and disclosed personal data, immediately call the KBC Bank Contact Center on telephones: 0700 10 000 (Vivacom), 1721 (A1 and Yettel) or visit the nearest office.
