Please be informed that during the holidays celebrating the Day of the Slavonic Alphabet and of Bulgarian Enlightenment and Culture over the period from 24.05 till 26.05. inclusive UBB branches will not operate.

The holiday business hours of the Customer Service Center are, as follows:
Friday (24.05.2013) from 09.00 a.m. till 06.00 p.m. and
Saturday (25.05.2013) from 09.00 a.m. till 06.00 p.m.
For emergency card-related issues you may call 0700 117 17 or 02/980 22 35 at any time.
During the holidays you can perform operations through our ATM and POS network or via UBB e-banking.
