For the year ended 31 December 2001 the Bank generated a profit after tax of BGN 25,979 thousand confirming the trend of good and stable performance. The Board of Directors proposed to the Annual Shareholders' Meeting the total amount of profit to be allocated for dividends to the shareholders.
