In order to ensure maximum convenience and providing most recent information to its clients -pensioners, effective from the month of October UBB will launch the sending of free-of-charge SMS notifications upon incoming fund transfers to their accounts.

Newly registered clients of the Bank who are pensioners may request activation of the free-of-charge service at a branch of the Bank, while all existing customers will be registered ex officio for this service, which they may respectively renounce by calling 0700 117 17 or visiting a branch of the Bank.

If customers have already subscribed to receiving paid SMS/Viber messages for incoming and outgoing account movements, they will continue using those, while for the purpose of ensuring free-of-charge notification, messages for incoming account movements will not be charged.
