With a view to fiscal policy, the execution of the state budget improved, and for the second consecutive month a surplus was registered (BGN 284.6 mn), and thus the cumulative budget balance from the beginning of the year turned positive.
As in 2011, the British financial magazine Euromoney awarded the coveted title "Best Bank in Central and Eastern Europe" (CEE) to Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI). The award was presented at a ceremony in London last night.
"Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)* has so far withstood the turbulences in the eurozone well and developed with pleasing stability," analyses Peter Brezinschek, head of Raiffeisen Research, a unit of Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI).
