Junior Scrum Master
If you have:
- Experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in Agile environment (is a must).
- Good knowledge, understanding, knowhow and practice in Agile and other methodologies and practices (e.g. Kanban, Lean, SAFe®, Spotify, Project Management, etc.)
- Good knowledge in collaboration management tools (e.g. JIRA®, Confluence®, ServiceNow®, Teams, Yammer, Planner, other)
- Certification for CSM®, A-CSM®, PSM® or CSP-SM® or any other related to the position will be considered as a strong advantage
- Knowledge of bank, insurance organizational structure and experience working with many stakeholders in different roles will be considered as advantage
- Fluency in English (is a must)
- Master’s degree in Economics, Computer Science, IT or another related field

- Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset and ensure the organization is at the forefront of industry best practices.
- Enable organizational effectiveness – work with Product owners, Delivery leads and other stakeholders on creating and maintaining an Agile Community. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development as well as knowledge sharing throughout the Community.
